Idle Black Hole (“the App”) is a mobile game developed by Blake Scarlavai (“we”, “us”, “our”). This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Account Information

If you choose to create an account (optional), we collect:

• Email address
• Display name (chosen by you)

Account creation enables cloud save functionality. You can play as a guest without providing any personal information.

Game Data

We store your game progress, including:

• In-game statistics (waves reached, enemies defeated, upgrades purchased)
• Workshop and battle pass progress
• Cosmetic preferences

This data is stored locally on your device. If you create an account, it is also stored in our cloud database (Google Firebase Firestore) to enable cross-device syncing.

Purchase Information

If you make in-app purchases, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment information. We only receive confirmation of purchase status to unlock the corresponding features.

Advertising

The App displays ads provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect and use data for personalized advertising as described in Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.

VIP Pass holders do not see ads.

Analytics and Diagnostics

We use Firebase services which may collect:

• Device type and operating system version
• App performance and crash data
• General usage patterns

This data is anonymized and used solely to improve the App.

How We Use Your Information

• To save and sync your game progress
• To process in-app purchases
• To display advertisements
• To improve app performance and fix bugs

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Google Firebase - for authentication, data storage, and analytics
• Google AdMob - for serving advertisements

Data Retention

• Guest data is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the App
• Account data is retained until you request deletion
• You can delete your account and all associated cloud data by contacting us

Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not require an account to play.

Your Rights

You may:

• Play without creating an account
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of personalized advertising via device settings

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
