KeyForge Pack Rip Sim (“the App,” “we,” “us”) is a fan-made, unofficial trading-card-game pack-rip simulator published by Sycamore Hill Studios. This policy explains what limited data the App collects, how it's used, and how to contact us with questions or deletion requests.

1. What we collect

• Device identifier. When you first launch the App, we generate a random UUID and store it in your device's secure local storage. We send this identifier to our server as a bearer token so the server can track your free-tier quota and record what decks you've opened. We do not collect your Google account, email, phone number, or any advertising ID unless you choose to sign in.
• Pack-rip history. Every time you open a digital Archon deck, the server stores the timestamp, the set, and the cards generated (under your device identifier). This powers your collection page, stats, and the free-tier hourly/daily quota. Your collection is not synced to any external service.
• In-app purchase receipts. If you unlock the Plus or Pro tier through Google Play Billing, we receive your purchase token and the entitlement (plus or pro) so we can flip your account to that tier. We do not see your credit-card information; that stays with Google.
• Anonymous usage & crash logs. The App and server produce technical logs (HTTP requests, errors). These do not contain personal information beyond your device identifier and IP address.

2. What we don't collect

• No personal information (name, email, phone) unless you sign in.
• No advertising IDs, no AAID/IDFA tracking, no ad networks.
• No location data.
• No microphone, camera, or contacts access.
• No third-party advertising of any kind.
• Your card collection is not synced to any external service.

3. How we use the data

• To enforce the free-tier hourly/daily deck-opening quota.
• To save your pack-rip history so you can review your collection.
• To verify your one-time purchase status (Plus / Pro) so the correct features are unlocked.
• To debug crashes and performance issues.

4. Where the data lives

Your device identifier and pack-rip history are stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure (SQL Database + Blob Storage) hosted in the United States. Card metadata is sourced from the open-source keyforge-cards-json dataset on GitHub (https://github.com/keyforg/keyforge-cards-json). We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

5. Third-party services we use

• Google Play Billing. Handles all in-app purchases. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• RevenueCat (when in-app purchases are wired in production). Manages subscription receipts and purchase events. See revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Microsoft Azure. Hosts our API and database. See privacy.microsoft.com.

6. Children's privacy (COPPA / GDPR-K)

KeyForge Pack Rip Sim is rated for Everyone, but it is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in EU/EEA jurisdictions where GDPR-K applies). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request that we delete your data at any time by emailing support@sycamorehillstudios.com and including the device identifier shown on the Settings page of the App. We will delete the associated record within 30 days. EU and California residents have additional rights of access, rectification, and portability — contact us to exercise them.

8. Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top. The latest version always lives at sycamorehillstudios.github.io/privacy/keyforge.html.
