Magic Coloring — Privacy Policy
Last updated 23 August 2026
Magic Coloring is made for young children and their families. We built it so that a parent can hand over a tablet without thinking twice.
Information we collect
None. Magic Coloring has no sign-in, no profile, and no server of our own. We never see your name, your email, your location, your contacts, your photos, or anything about your device.
What stays on the device
The app saves a few things locally so your child can pick up where they left off. This never leaves the device and we cannot read it:
- Which pictures have been coloured, and how far.
- Chosen language, brush, and music and sound levels.
- Whether the one-time purchase has been made.
Uninstalling the app removes all of it.
Advertising and analytics
There are none. No ad networks, no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs, and no third-party trackers of any kind are included in the app.
Network use
Colouring works entirely offline. The app connects to the internet for exactly one reason: Google Play's billing service, used only when a grown-up chooses to make the optional one-time purchase, or to restore a previous one. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play — we never see or store payment details. Google's handling of that transaction is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Purchases and the parental gate
Magic Coloring offers one optional purchase that unlocks the full set of pictures and brushes. Every commercial surface — the shop, settings, and any link that leaves the app — sits behind a parental gate that asks a multiplication question a young child cannot answer.
Children's privacy
Magic Coloring is designed for children under 5 and participates in Google Play's Families programme. Because we collect no data at all, there is nothing to disclose, sell, or share, and nothing that could identify a child. We comply with COPPA and the GDPR by collecting nothing in the first place.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new date at the top. If a future version ever collected anything, we would say so plainly and ask first.
