This Privacy Policy describes how Megachurch Tycoon (“the App,” “we,” “our”) handles information when you use our Android mobile application. We built this game with a privacy-first posture: your progression, settings, and every piece of gameplay state live on your own device.

The App stores the following on your device only, using Android’s DataStore mechanism. This data never leaves the device unless you explicitly back it up via Android’s system features:

Because the App is distributed through the Google Play Store, Google Play Services may collect limited diagnostic information (install stats, crash reports) independently of the App. This collection is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not control and do not receive your personally identifiable information from Google.
The App offers optional in-app purchases (one-time cosmetic packs and a monthly Prosperity Pass subscription). Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see your card number, billing address, or any payment credential — Google returns only a confirmation token to the App indicating that the purchase was authorized.
The App may include rewarded video advertisements that you may choose to watch voluntarily in exchange for in-game rewards. If an ad network SDK is integrated in a future update, that SDK may collect a non-resettable or resettable advertising identifier from your device solely to serve non-personalized or contextually-relevant ads. You can reset or opt out of ad personalization in Android’s system Settings → Privacy → Ads. We will update this policy before enabling any third-party ad network.
The App is rated Teen and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Because the App does not collect personally identifiable information, most data-subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction of processing, objection) apply to data you have voluntarily stored locally on your device — which you can exercise directly by:

All network requests the App makes are sent over HTTPS/TLS. Local save data is stored in Android’s private application sandbox and is not readable by other apps on your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App or applicable law. When we do, we will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page. For material changes, we will display an in-App notice before you continue playing.
