Privacy Policy
Merge Orbit: Idle Space Evolution — Sycamore Hill Studios

This policy explains what information Merge Orbit ("the game", "we") collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the game, we never sell personal data, and your save belongs to you.
Information we collect
- Gameplay analytics (via Google Firebase Analytics): anonymous events such as sessions, merges, discoveries, purchases made, and progression milestones, plus device model, OS version, and country. Used solely to balance the game and fix problems. These events are not tied to your name or contact details.
- Advertising identifiers (via Google AdMob): if you choose to watch an optional rewarded ad, AdMob may use your device's advertising ID to serve and measure ads. Merge Orbit shows no forced or interstitial ads — every ad is opt-in, and subscribers receive all ad rewards with no ads at all.
- Purchase information (via Google Play Billing): Google processes all payments. We receive purchase tokens to grant your items; we never see your card details.
- Cloud saves (via Google Play Games, optional): if you sign in, your save file is stored with your Google account so you can restore it on a new device.
- Crash diagnostics: anonymous crash reports (stack traces, device model) to keep the game stable.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not collect your name, email, contacts, photos, or location.
- We do not show ads without your explicit tap on a "watch ad" button.
- We do not direct the game at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Local data
Your game save is stored on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes it (unless you enabled cloud save). You can reset your save at any time from Settings.
Your choices
- Ads: never watch one — every rewarded bonus is optional, and all content is reachable without ads.
- Ad personalization: manage or reset your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Analytics: you can opt out of analytics in the game's Settings screen.
- Cloud save: entirely optional; sign out of Play Games to stop syncing.
- Data deletion: email us (below) and we will delete any server-side data associated with your identifiers within 30 days.
Third-party services
The game uses these Google services, each governed by its own policy: Firebase Analytics, AdMob, Google Play Billing & Play Games.
Children
Merge Orbit is intended for players 13 and older. If you believe a child under 13 has provided data through the game, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date above and note the change in the game's release notes.
