VOIDPOP is published by Sycamore Hill Studios. This policy explains what the
app collects, what it does not, and who else is involved. It covers the
Android app with the package name com.sycamorehillstudios.voidpop.
Nothing. Sycamore Hill Studios operates no servers, no accounts, no analytics and no logging. There is no sign-up, no login, and no way for us to identify you. We never see your progress, your device, or your location.
This is held in local storage on your own device. You can erase all of it at any time from Settings → Reset save, or by uninstalling the app. Settings also offers Export and Import so you can move a save yourself; that export is a piece of text you control and is never sent anywhere by the app.
VOIDPOP shows rewarded ads only. An ad is never forced on you: it appears only after you press a button offering a reward in exchange for watching one. There are no banners and no interstitials.
Rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob. When you choose to watch one, Google may collect and process information including your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device and operating system details, and general interaction data, in order to serve and measure the ad. This happens between your device and Google — that data is not shared with us, and we do not receive it.
Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. Your payment details are handled entirely by Google and are never seen by, sent to, or stored by us. We receive only the confirmation that a purchase completed, which the app uses to unlock the corresponding content on your device.
VOIDPOP is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children. Because we collect nothing ourselves, there is no personal information for us to hold, review or delete. If you believe a child has provided information to Google through advertising in this app, please use the Android advertising controls above and contact us.
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to delete on request. To remove everything the app stores locally, use Settings → Reset save or uninstall the app. To remove the advertising identifier used by ads, use the Android settings linked above.
The app requests the advertising ID permission
(com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID), which AdMob requires to
serve rewarded ads, and the billing permission used by Google Play for
purchases. VOIDPOP requests no access to your camera, microphone, contacts,
files, or location, and works fully offline apart from the two features above.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date at the top. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes on Google Play.
